Additional training is required and available in the Cell Lab Consolidated Manual . Strong customer service and communication skills to express knowledge & love of science Strong commitment to safety & attention to detail Act as an interpreter in the actual working lab with hands on experiments for the visitors

Engage with visitors in facilitating educational curriculum & activities focused on the STEM sciences , work in cooperation with Executive Director and RSC Programming Committee to create and facilitate educational programs & activities for various age levels . Strong customer service & communication skills needed and an understanding and ability to demonstrate STEM core educational lessons . Also ability to express knowledge throughout presentations and provide an educational and memorable experience for guests.
