Cell Lab Volunteer

Description
Challenge visitors to explore new areas in human biology and learn about cells, microbes, enzymes, chromosomes and DNA. Additional training is required and available in the Cell Lab Consolidated Manual .


Strong customer service and communication skills to express knowledge & love of science
Strong commitment to safety & attention to detail
Act as an interpreter in the actual working lab with hands on experiments for the visitors

-Submit PA state clearances and Federal Clearances (if applicable) -Adhere to the volunteer handbook at all times -Attend volunteer orientation and cell lab training sessions -Agree to a minimum 6 hour commitment on Saturdays a month
