South Mountain YMCA Camps - Outdoor Clean-up Projects

Day of Caring

Description

We need your help to make Camp shine! Join us for a day of cleanup, painting, weeding trail clearing, wood splitting and a few other projects that will help get Camp in great shape.

Please arrive by 9:00am so we can kick off the day together

Optional Continental Breakfasts: Served at 8:00 AM for early arrivals _ Please RSVP if you'd like breakfast here at camp.

Lunch will be provided for all volunteers.

What to Expect:

Job Sign-Ups: Available on-site (must be here to sign up for job)

What to Wear: Dress for the weather and wear clothes you don't mind getting dirty.

What to Bring: A State ID card (driver's license) for our Background check. Water bottle, bug spray, sunscreen.

All volunteers must sign a South Mountain YMCA Camps Hold Harmless Agreement

Adults (18+) must bring a valid Driver's license for a background check, as we will have campers on site.

We truly appreciate your time and energy - we couldn't do what we do with out amazing volunteers like you!

Volunteer Should Provide
All volunteers will be required to sign a South Mountain YMCA Camps Hold Harmless Agreement.  Since campers will be on site, all adults age 18 and older must bring a state-issued photo ID(such as a driver's license). IDs will be scanned through our LobbyGuard system, which conducts a background check against the National Sex Offender Database for the safety of our campers.

For those arriving early, we'll have a continental breakfast available at 8:00 AM - Please RSVP if you plan to join us for Breakfast. Lunch will be provided for all Volunteers.
