Opportunity:

Furniture Moving/Loading Dock/Donation Pickups = Habitat CrossFit

Description
Habitat for Humanity of Berks County ReStore Volunteering allows you to have fun and make a difference while giving you the flexibility to choose your own schedule. You can work as little as three hours a month or as much as several times a week. The ReStore is open Wednesday through Saturday 9am to 6pm and Sunday noon to 6pm

Why not get a workout in while giving back? Ride along with our truck drivers to pick up our generous donations or stay in-house to help with loading and unloading customer's and donor's vehicles. Work on projects that require heavy lifting and moving of furniture. This is a great way to burn calories and stay in shape. Volunteers must be able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. Customer service and pleasant, professional demeanor are essential for interacting with Habitat donors of goods.
