Individual with human resource experience or interest in the areas of recruitment, retention, and/or performance evaluation to serve as a member of the Board's Governance Committee and leader of newly developed Recruitment and Retention Task Force.  Committee meets approximately 4-5 times a year at the convenience of committee members; task force to determine its own meeting schedule.

Volunteers interested in supporting our mission to provide free health care to uninsured adults by assuring a safe and healthy environment for patients, volunteers, and staff.  This includes oversight for the annual educational requirement mandated by the Occupational Health and Safety  Administration.

Volunteer interested in supporting our mission to provide free health care to uninsured adults by utilizing their interest in/experience with creating policies, procedures, and/or job descriptions

Volunteers interested in serving three-year terms on our Recruitment and Retention Task Force to assure the recruitment, selection, onboarding, and retention of clinical volunteers, other volunteers, and staff. Responsibilities range from promoting openings through interviewing, selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and retention strategies.

Volunteers to support our mission to provide health care to uninsured adults through in-person interpreting between clinic volunteers and Spanish-speaking patients.  Interested individuals are asked to volunteer at least one evening every other month (or more often if they wish).
