Day of Caring 2026 T-Shirt Form

Please submit your t-shirt requests by Wednesday, September 9th. Sizes available are while supplies last. We will do our best to accomodate. Thank you!
Would you like to pick up Day of Caring shirts from the United Way office, or have the shirts delivered to your company?
Delivery is only available for work/company groups. Individual volunteers must pick up from the United Way office. Thank you!
 
Shirts are available for pick up from the United Way of Berks County office:
25 N 2nd Street, Suite 101, Reading PA 19601
Please pick up September 1st - September 15th, 8:00am - 4:30pm, excluding weekends and holidays.
