This volunteer role will support Opportunity House in conducting a comprehensive review of its finance and accounting operations. The volunteer will assist in analyzing current workflows, software systems, staff capacity, and the department's organizational structure. The primary objective is to assess the department’s ability to support both day-to-day tasks and long-term strategic needs. The outcome of this engagement will be a set of recommendations for an optimal staffing model and operational structure to strengthen the organization’s financial sustainability and effectiveness.

Estimated time commitment: 2 hours per week for 90 days. Ideal for volunteers with experience in accounting leadership, nonprofit finance, or financial consulting.
